Colleagues from the EU were in town for three weeks (work-related) so we had to go to Bonifacio in Grandview for a can’t miss boodle feast, Filipino-style.

Went to LA this past weekend to attend baby Kamille’s baptism and got to see old friends and indulge in a lot of off-diet grub as well.

Newest Breakfast Club Member
Josh is an original member of our over-a-decade-old Breakfast Club. Philip is the newest and youngest member. But he really can’t be an ‘official’ member until he owns (and is able to operate) his very own Apple device. It’ll be a while.

Midweek Dine-out
A co-worker/good friend from my Canada days was in town so dinner at a local pizzeria (Harvest in old Dublin) was in order.
Twin Tomahawks
Saturday’s dinner party main course was a pair of 3-lb tomahawk ribeyes, prepared sous vide style and finished on the grill. A second dish of spicy prawns with a spicy lime mango salsa rounded up the surf and turf theme.
